Our students went on an organised study grant to Partium Christian University in Oradea

Our students went on an organised study grant to Partium Christian University in Oradea, through the Makovecz scholarship program. There they spent a week engaging in a wide array of activities. Here is the visit as seen through their eyes:

There were some more educational or cultural programs. Those consisted of a game called Climate Fresk, where we engaged in an intriguing task of connecting the dots while also learning about climate change. Alongside that there were also guided tours of the University, the beautiful city centre, and the Museum of Oradea.
The city centre is an enchanting mix of Art Nouveau and Baroque architecture, while the Museum is a intriguing in both its contents, ranging from a lot of different time periods, to its layout since it is in its entirety inside the city's castle.

We also visited the Romanian branch of the company Plexus. There we could see what the manufacturing process looks like in one of the worlds leading providers of electronics and electronical components.
There were many planned activities specifically for socialising, one of which was the so called "Rapid Randi". We exchanged views and beliefs about a vast range of professional topics.
It's safe to say that we had a great time and that this was a great way to broaden our horizons and challenge our views.
