Internal Evaluation of Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility Applications for Subotica-Tech Students

The internal evaluation of student applications for mobility under Erasmus+ KA1, conducted at the level of the respective Subotica-Tech of Applied Sciences, is based on the following criteria:

• Academic performance (based on transcripts of records)

• Motivation (assessed through the motivation letter)

• Language proficiency (based on official proof of foreign language knowledge)

• Academic compatibility with the foreign partner institution (based on the proposed learning agreement)

• Information on activities, knowledge, and skills (assessed through the candidate’s CV)

The internal evaluation of applications submitted by teaching and non-teaching staff, conducted at the faculty level for administrative staff, follows these criteria:

• Proposed activity plan (based on the training or teaching agreement)

• Interest from the foreign partner institution (assessed through a pre-invitation or official invitation letter)

• Information on activities, knowledge, and skills (based on the candidate’s CV)

• Language proficiency (based on official proof of foreign language knowledge)

• Academic/scientific/administrative compatibility with the foreign partner institution

• Impact of mobility on the Subotica Tech-College of Applied Sciences

• Sustainability of mobility outcomes at the Subotica Tech-College of Applied Sciences

• Previous cooperation with the partner institution (assessed based on all submitted documents)
