Erasmus+ Programme – General information
FOR STUDENTS
If you want to apply for an Erasmus+ grant, you have to submit the following documents:
- Application form
- CV (Curriculum Vitae)
- Motivation Letter
- Letter of Reference
- Consent form for personal data usage

Learning Agreement
The Learning Agreement outlines the programme of studies or the traineeship to be followed by a student. This document must be signed by the sending and receiving organisations, as well as the student or trainee.

The new Erasmus+ programme launched by the European Commission in 2021 hopes to contribute to the green transition of the continent to encourage the use of low-carbon means of transport for international exchanges. Thus, students and recent graduates, who do not receive funding for travel expenses, are entitled to a supplement of 50 EUROS, as well as up to 4 days of additional support for return tickets if they choose to travel by “Green Travel” (public transport).

Mobility Agreement
The Mobility Agreement sets out the programme of teaching / training to be followed and is approved by the staff member, the sending and the receiving institution / organisation.
The agreement defines the components of the teaching or training period abroad and emphasises the mutual responsibility for the quality of the mobility of both the sending institution / organisation and the receiving institution / organisation. You can find the Mobility Agreement here

Medical insurance
Note: medical insurance is not covered by the Erasmus+ grant, student and staff applicants must organize their own medical insurance for the duration of the grant.
Online Linguistic Support (OLS)
The Online Linguistic Support supports language learning for Erasmus+ mobility participants. OLS offers online language assessments, courses, and provides a wide variety of opportunities to improve your language skills. With OLS, you can test your current level in the language you will use while you are abroad. The flexibility of the tool allows you to work at your own pace and adapt your learning experience to suit your needs. Your results will not prevent you from taking part in an Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps mobility, but will give you access to an OLS language course!
The Online Linguistic Support is available in the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Greek, Croatian, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Finnish, Swedish.
